DU 6000 are produced by Cybelec SA as a customized product for Durmazlar.
DU-6000 is based on DNC60PS controller but it has larger screen than DNC60PS. Cybelec SA company stopped to produce DU6000 CNC controller for press brake machines at 2018. DU6000 is not only End Of Life product in Cybelec side, DNC60PS, DNC61G-Cut, DNC880S, ModEva10, ModEva12S, ModEva15 are also no more in production.
There are a lot of press brake in the field equipied with DU-6000 CNC controller. Day by day this DU6000 CNC controllers are break down without any spare part, and generaly repair is not so possible or takes too much time and expensive.
There is only a solution, this is retrofitting the DU6000 with another controller. Unfortunately there is no plug and play retrofit solution in Cybelec product family for DU6000. All available products of Cybelec are requesting some modification in press brake electrical cabinet to replace DU6000. Another difficulty is unfortunately user interface of DU6000 and all other available products in Cybelec family are different.
It is necessary to make some electrical modification works on machine side.
It is necessary to calibrate machine parameters on machine side, reprogramming of tools are necessary too.
It is a must to give training for press brake operators and programmers.

We offer wiring maps for technicians. Wiring map includes step by step instructions to guide technicians which cables will be moved from DU6000 to RK12+ with descriptions.
We offer RK12 CNC controller with a retrofit wiring kit. Thanks to DU6000 wiring retrofit kits reducing the cable work on customer side.
We offer %90 percent precalibrated machine parameters and tools programmed. For the rest %10 we offer remoote support via TeamWiewer, whatsappp and any available communication tool.
